Want a tryout posted? Send an email to webmaster@lsbaseball.com that meets the following criteria: the team must play in a Lee’s Summit league; must include team name and contact info; must be 100 words or less; all ads will be removed 60 days from being posted or after the date of the tryout. (If your posting includes a date for tryouts at Legacy, you must have already paid your field rental fee before posting). Please note that postings must be for a Lee's Summit based team or team playing in an LS League.
Want to Rent a field at Legacy Park for tryouts or practice? Send an email to dmusgrave@lsbaseball.com requesting a field. Email must include team name & contact person, age division of team, date field is needed including alternate dates if first choice is not available. Field rental is $45 for 2 hours. Fee does not include lights or lining of the fields. Rentals are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Reservations will not be official until payment is received. Successful 8U team (9U now for Fall and 2011) adding players. Tryouts at Legacy Park Field 13 on Thursday July 29th 5 30 to 7 30. We finished regular season in 3rd place out of 20 teams in LSBA 8U this year, and will have a solid 9U team. 5 or 6 from current team coming for Fall, so need 5 or 6 players. Will continue teaching the fundamentals & 5 tools of baseball, but with a new emphasis on Pitching and playing Catcher, and rule changes to 9U. We will play this fall, with maybe 2-3 fall tourneys. 2011 will begin AA, play LSBA National League, and likely 4-5 tourneys, but I will listen to parent/coaches feedback.
